Movement Improvements will take you through 20 full body mobility and flexibility exercises to aid athletes and adults in improving their overall flexibility and movement quality. This text will discuss the basic anatomy of each area, instructions for usage, videos of each exercise, and progressions through each series.
Movement Improvements was designed by a staff of coaches that watch athletes and adults, alike, move all day long. Throughout training, these coaches spend a great deal of time evaluating these movement qualities and address areas of inflexibility, lack of stability, lack of strength, and poor movement capacity. With this product you may now see many of the exercises that we use with our athletes. You will also have access to our video library that shows demonstrations of each of these exercises, as well as, progressions and regressions for the movements.
Some times our inability to see progress in our training is our own inability to move the way we need to. This text is now here to help with those issues and to help you achieve your goals quicker.
