The evaluation and video analysis is great for individuals dealing with flexibility issues, chronic aches and pains, and improper running mechanics. In this opportunity, the athlete will submit a video of specific movements (designated by the coach) to be evaluated. After extensive video analysis the Coach will video conference with the individual to discuss the findings, and recommended course of action to alleviate any issues.
