This E-book lays out 5 weeks of training routines that can be completed with little to no equipment. These workouts include mobility, flexibility, strength training, and aerobic training. Each day will include video instruction on technique additional progressions and regressions.

The Brattain Sports Performance At-Home Program allows anyone and everyone the opportunity to train. In this E-book, we provide an entire month’s worth of training using very little equipment. Th equipment you would need you can find around your house. This program trains lower body, upper body, and core. There is also dedicated time for aerobic conditioning and flexibility. This program truly services all individuals. Each day’s session also provides instructional videos for each of the exercises.
You now have no excuse to miss a training session. All you need is 10-20 minutes each day to help you achieve your goals.
